Every trial is bearable by those who will exert 100% effort. I can still remember when I went to school and met up with my friends to enroll for our junior year. We were all very excited to be in the same classroom again, but to our disappointment, we were not on the same block. Two of my closest friends are not on the same block as mine and our schedule was different that means we don’t get to see each other that often. Though we’re not block mates anymore, we still keep in touch with each other and even plan to met up every once in a while. At first it was difficult for us to adjust, because for one, two of my closest friends are on the other block and secondly third year students are reshuffled, there are people that I really don’t know. As the first sem goes by I actually began to adapt with the whole “three-two” and gain friends within the room. First sem is more of the adjusting period, because of the new faces that are in the same room. But I think everyone had adjusted very well and that everyone had their place in the class. The first for months of the third year passed too quickly, I didn’t even recognize that 2nd sem is coming. Coming from the semestral break, we thought that the batch will also be reshuffled, but that didn’t happen. Second semester has been very busy and challenging for us, most of our subjects are major, so we have to perform well in class; quizzes, long tests, group projects, reporting, case study, midterm, finals and the most awaited thesis writing and defense. I can still recall the time when we got back from Christmas break that was the time when all third year Psych students are in hectic schedule. I think that was the times were I was exhausted everyday of the week (lol). Anyways, of course there are also happy and exciting days which made our lives easier and enjoyable (lol). I also had my first sleep-over at my friend’s house this sem because of our thesis (lol). Anyways, this sem year has been a roller coaster ride; I’ve experienced the ups and downs of college life. If someone will ask me what’s the most difficult year I had at PLM it would be my third year (lol). I am actually proud of myself for finishing this sem, I really had a blast! Overnights, lunch outs, laughter and most specially the strong bond that I shared with my closest friends are the ones that made my third year life memorable. It was fun riding with you guys, I really appreciate you. See you all next sem!..
