FIRST DAY!...

Today is my first day of OJT, I must say I didn’t expect that it would be that tiring (lol). Anyways, I am assigned at the Human Resource Group in one of the leading recruitment company in the Philippines (wohoo). I’m a bit disappointed with myself today cause I came in the office late cause I got stuck in traffic jam. So anyways at first I don’t know how to deal with them, but when I was oriented and introduced to the rest of the team I felt easily accepted and relaxed in our workplace. My task for the day was to sort out and call up candidates for a job opening to a multinational company here in the Philippines. At first I don’t know how to do it and what to say to the candidates. I took me a while before I made my first call, I was nervous then but my superior is very much helpful with me. Anyways, I think my first day went well though I left early because I have an appointed with the DFA to get my passport. The day went well but after I left DFA I got disappointed with someone whom I supposed to meet later that afternoon, I don’t want to be detailed with it but I was really disappointed with them. Anyways, I am so tired right now and my feet are hurting (lol). i really feel challenge with my training now, I hope to gain more knowledge and experience with fun in this OJT. later.
